There’s a Youtube Series that Makes People Put Ikea Furniture Together While High

Building Ikea furniture is hard. Building Ikea furniture under the influence  of recreational drugs is much harder.

Introducing Hikea Productions, a Youtube Channel hell bent on discovering what would happen if made the insufferable task of putting furniture together a lot more difficult. And, by the way, we’re not talking about getting high on something mundane like marijuana. The first episode, which you can watch below,  has a couple getting high on acid while they tried to build a dresser.

The channel describes their mission as, “This series adds a degree of difficulty to a familiar challenge as we document the experiences of regular people – high on drugs like LSD or magic mushrooms – attempting to build well-priced furniture. Each episode introduces a new drug, new characters, a new Ikea puzzle. And we get to witness the highs and lows of these brave souls as they embark on the nearly impossible.”

The second episode, which got taken down by Youtube but was later reposted, features someone trying to build a dresser while on shrooms.

The world is truly a wild place where any ideas can come to fruition.
