The body of a 17-year-old boy was found slain along the road in Fridley, Minnesota. The teen’s body was discovered early Monday by the police.
No arrests have been made, nor have authorities disclosed how he was killed.
Police discovered the boy’s body around 1:15 am Monday along the 7600 block of Meadowmoor Drive NE., southeast of the Central Avenue and Osborne Road intersection.
The Sheriff’s Office stated, “the manner of death indicates foul play”, still failing to explain how the teen was killed or reveal his identity.
The statement said:
“This is still a very active investigation that is in its early stages. There is very little information that we will be releasing at this point, but there will be updates as events warrant.”
A news conference is scheduled for early Monday afternoon, in which the Sheriff’s Office and Fridley police will field questions from the media.
