280,000 Left Without Power After Santiago Snowfall

Chile’s capital, Santiago, received their first snowfall after about two decades. It left the city with beautiful views and recorded fatalities. Yes, one person died of a heart attack while clearing snow and others have been affected by a major power disruption.

Chilean citizens are not quite sure how to feel about this new weather condition. On one hand it’s extremely rare and exciting, and on the other it’s a huge pain in the ass and left them without power…
