There’s a reason that Burger King’s A.1. Halloween Whopper has “Halloween” in its name.
The company claims it’s because of the black bun, but it’s really because ingesting one will turn your poop green. Evil corporate geniuses.
Execs told ABC News that there’s only 1% food dye and that the flavorings and food colorings in the bun “are commonly used in the industry and within the safe and Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).”
So, it’s totally safe. Now we’re even more inclined to go out and try one of these bad boys in the name of SCIENCE.
Yo @BurgerKing your Halloween Whopper turned my poop SUUUUPER green! It was bomb tho.

Thanks to the black Whopper, for the first time, people are Instagramming their food the day AFTER they eat it! #GreenPoop
