There’s officially an app for everything.
Broadway’s smash hit Hamilton: An American Musical has its own app, perfect for those fans of the show who want their fix but cannot afford a ticket.
On, what Lin-Manuel Miranda calls, the HamApp, fans will get immediate access to $10 (founding father) #Ham4Ham lottery (Starting today with LA and rolling out to other cities by the end of the month), digital stickers, themed “HamCam” filter for photos, access to merchandise, and other exclusive content. The app will also be the first place fans can hear upcoming news about the musical.
According to Variety, there’s even more content coming to the app in the future, including “karaoke tracks, augmented reality content and enhancements for the musical’s series of educational performances for high school students.” One that fans will probably love the most? Exclusive access to blocks of tickets that will only be made available through the app.
