Chinese Tourists Get Arrested for Nazi Saluting in Germany

Now, I don’t know everything. I’m well aware that there are people in this world who are far smarter than I am. However, if there is one thing I do know, it’s that you don’t pretend to use a salute that resulted in the genocide of 6 million Jewish people.

Just saying.

Two Chinese tourists were on vacation in Germany when they decided to pose with a Nazi salute outside the country’s parliament.

Now, as you know, Germany is the place that Hitler started his reign and used that salute to gain a following and kill million of Jewish people.

So Nazi saluting … not a good idea.

According to police officers in Berlin, the two men were posing with “Heil Hitler” salutes in front of the Reichstag building, and taking selfies. To make matters worse, they are 36 and 49 years old.

Fucking idiots. Nazi images and symbols are banned in Germany, except for educational use.

The duo were charged on Saturday but have been released on bail of $600 (€500) each.

Chinese users on social media reacted quickly to the news, with many saying they were “embarrassed” by the duo.

Yeah, I would be too.
