Back on March 27, aka five Trump scandals ago, Trevor Noah announced that The Daily Show would be opening The Donald J. Trump Presidential Twitter Library, therefore combining the two things our fearless leader loves the most: tweeting and buildings with his name on them.
On last night’s episode, Noah further elaborated on the Museum. It will be open this weekend only, from June 16-18, and will feature a number of special exhibits and interactive family fun, including a whole section about POTUS’s infamous Hamilton-inspired meltdown, a tribute to the momentous occasion in our nation’s history when the President learned how to do threaded tweets, and “a chance for you to see if you can tweet like President Trump” who is, of course, a Big League tweeter. Very Big League. Not sad!
Best of all is when Noah revealed the location of the Museum: it will be right around the corner from the real Trump Tower, at 3 West 57th Street in Manhattan. As Noah put it, “It’s funny when you think about it. You go to both of those buildings for Trump’s tweets, but ours will let you in.”
