Finally, a Vegas Club Lets You Tip Strippers With Bitcoin

Time to make it rain... virtually

If you are one of the many that have an influx of Bitcoin and have no idea what to do with it, here’s an idea: Go to Vegas, buy all you and your friend’s lap dances.

Legends Room, a “gentleman’s club” in Las Vegas now accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, and its own cryptocoin LGD for all transactions.

Translation: no need to bring cash anymore.

Whether you had plans of going to Vegas for the Mayweather-McGregor fight on August 26th, or a  bachelor/ bachelorette party, you can now leave the cash at home and pay with everything using Bitcoin.

This is a new experience in the main room of the club, which is open to the public and charges $150 to watch the fight, which can be paid in Bitcoin. In order to upgrade to the member’s area, you need 5,000 LGD tokens, and, of course, they have ways you can buy them at the door. But, if you are a cash man/ woman you can use cash, credit, and debit.

Currently, the price of an LGD token is $2.15 per token, but prices could vary on the night of the event. While owning the tokens doesn’t give you any technical advantages, however, owning these tokens gets you significant discounts on drinks and other club services.

The lap dances, during the event, will be wearing a strategically placed temporary tattoo with a QR code (above). If you wan to tip a dancer, wave the phone over the tat, pay via Bitcoin, and you are now doing Vegas in 2017.

To make matters better (or worse depending who you ask), the club is featuring porn stars including Jesse Jane and Tasha Reign.
