We finally get a more in depth look of the upcoming Fantastic Beast sequel, The Crimes of Grindelwald. The movie delivers exactly what the film producers have been promising: a darker and more expansive storyline which introduces new settings and characters.
And, we even get to return to quite familiar place, Hogwarts. Though it’s way before Harry’s time, a time when Dumblore (Jude Law) wore trousers instead of a robe, and his hair had yet to turn Snow White.
In the film Newt travels from New York to Paris, in order to Team up with Dumbledore to hunt down the evil wizard Gillert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp).

The Crimes of Grindelwald is only the second installment of the planned five tales, created by J.K Rowling.
In the trailer we see some new faces such as Newt’s old love interest Leta Lestrange (Zoë Kravitz) along with many familiar faces from Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them — like Newt’s new American love interest Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston), her sister Queenie (Alison Sudol), and Newt’s muggle pal Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler).
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald will premiere on Nov. 16, 2018.
