Road trips are God’s way of testing friendships, outside of Mario Kart. Sure there’s the potential to bond and create a relationship that’ll last a lifetime, but once you hit traffic, people’s personalities shift into a completely different monster that’s just enough alike to their original selves change the way you look at them forever.
So, you’re going to want to plan the least traffic filled route in order to get to your destination unscathed. Luckily, if you have an Android, and are therefore the loser friend in the group, you might up your cred with this new Google Maps feature.
According to Android Police, Google has added a travel time graph to directions so that you know the best time to get on the road.
While it’s not extremely precise for now, it’s a good tool to have, whether you’re going 5 miles, or 500.
