‘History of the Entire World, I Guess’ is the Video I Wish Existed When I was in High School

Buckle up, kids! It’s time for a cool history lesson. And, while this lesson might not involve super cool raps written by  Lin-Manuel Miranda, it has enough catchy jingles to catch your attention. So, what’s today’s topic? The history of the entire world, I guess.

“history of the entire world, i guess,” is the video, above, I wish I had in high school while I was studying for the AP World History test.

Created by musician/comedian Bill Wurtz, who you might know for his funny yet self-deprecating vines, tackles the history of the entire planet one year after similarly teaching viewers the history of Japan, which you can watch below:

With a mix of quirky music and hilarious lines (“Society: coming soon to a dank river valley near you”), Wurst is the master of teaching normal facts all while keeping viewers entertained.

Hey, you could make a religion out of this.
