Mercedes will add cutting edge smart headlights for their Maybach S-Class vehicles, as reported by Daimler.
The car company first introduced the LED lights in 2015 for their F 015 vehicle. The lights will have multiple LED beam headlamps with HD. Users can control where to shine the lights and just how much of it they want in front of their car. The lights will have sensors to manage the amount of brightness.
Another cool feature is that the headlamps will be able to display data while on the road. For example, if you’re going through a construction location, two lines will appear on the width of your car and navigate you to not get near to the right or left side of the road.
If you get really close to another car ahead of you and going 18.6 miles per hour, a warning sign for a near-end accident will appear.
Buyers who get the car can expect to get their hands on it within the next couple of months. There will only be a few vehicles with the headlights.
Volkswagen is planning to release their own LED lights for their Vizzion model.
