Have Yourself a Merry Hawaiian Christmas with Pineapple Christmas Trees

For many people, the start of November means the start of the holiday season. They spend all October preparing for Halloween and all of November and December prepping for Christmas. Pinterest is already loaded with searches for Christmas trends so everyone could have the hottest and best decorations.

So far, the top search has been “pineapple Christmas trees,” with an increase of 3,406% in 2017 from 2016.

Some people are not using an actual pineapple, but rather changing around the traditional tree to make it look like a pineapple. A faux yellow tree with black tinsel and a leaf topper does the trick for this tree:

Another idea is to use a traditional tree, but add some gold netting and ornaments to give the impression of a large pineapple.

Spray painting pinecones yellow and adding faux green leaves will make your tree festive while maintaining a traditional Christmas look.

And if you’re feeling extra crafty, this DIY table setting is so adorable. Using a hot glue gun, gold wrapped candy is stuck to the outside of a stout bottle, such as wine or champagne, to create the shape and look of a pineapple.
