Netflix’s Elephant Poaching Doc ‘The Ivory Game’ is Depressing but Real AF

the ivory game

Elephant poaching is essentially a hobby in Africa; a hobby that killed 1 Elephant every 15 minutes and makes poachers millionaires. Elephant poaching is fueled by the illegal ivory trade consisting of violence and corruption. Now more than ever before, people are joining forces to stop Elephant poaching and ivory trafficking.

According to it’s YouTube description, The Ivory Game exposes the dark world of ivory trafficking from the planes of Africa to the streets of China. By working with undercover intelligence organizations, activists, frontline rangers and conservationists to infiltrate the corrupt global network of ivory trafficking, the film inspires both outrage and hope.

Watch the documentary on Netflix on November 4.
