This Photographer Went 30-Stories High to do a Nike Shoot

via VON WONG

Would you ‘just do It?’ And by it, I mean dangle from a 30-storey skyscraper for a Nike ad.

In July, Nike commissioned a photoshoot to show off its VaporMax shoes. Well, photographer Benjamin Von Wong did not disappoint with this dramatic series.

To captures the idea of the air-filled shoes, what’s a better way then dangling models off of the side of a 30-storey skyscraper in downtown Manilla?

Not only did the models have to suspend off the roof by a harness, Wong did as well. That’s pure dedication.

The photographer commented that one model even “rode” a bicycle in the shoot, which had to be coordinated to look convincing.

Well, at least it was worth it. The shots Wong got are fascinating.
