Did Ted Cruz Just Use Twitter to Admit That He’s the Zodiac Killer?

By now, we’re all familiar with the “Ted Cruz is the Zodiac Killer” meme. While he and his family have obviously refuted the allegations and it’s sorted faded away over the past year, Cruz surprisingly decided to reopen the conversation via Twitter on Wednesday.

It all began during Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ Senate Hearing. According to CNN, Senator Ben Sasse initiated his line of questioning, apologizing for having “dumped a Dr. Pepper on Senator Cruz, so that was what was distracting us on this side of the dais.” Before Cruz even entered the discussion, Twitter was already having a ball with Sasse’s comment.

Later on, someone suggested that Cruz deserved to have soda spilled on him because he might be the son of Lee Harvey Oswald, tweeting out that he was wearing a “Lee Harvey Oswald Was Framed” shirt.

How did Cruz respond? By replying with one of the Zodiac Killer’s coded letters to the police.

Honestly the only reason I can think of as to why Cruz would do this is an admission of guilt. Has the internet been right all along?

Ted Cruz really needs to get his social media life in check, especially since he retweeted porn back on September 11. They say serial killers often return to the scene of the crime, and I think Cruz just did.
