Due to low temperatures in Italy and Spain, Britain is experiencing a zucchini shortage — and considering the high demand for spiralized zucchini pasta, it’s safe to say the clean-eaters of the region are freaking out.
According to the Guardian, many in the UK are so desperate they’ve been traveling to multiple supermarkets in search of the beloved vegetable, but are finding it near impossible to locate. “There has been severe weather in Southern Europe but we are working with our suppliers to maintain supply for our customers,” a spokesperson for supermarket Sainsbury’s said in a statement.
Where better to take their concerns than Twitter?
