Another day, another person from Trump’s administration fired.
President Donald Trump has fired Rex Tillerson as secretary of state and replaced him with CIA Director Mike Pompeo.
Mike Pompeo, Director of the CIA, will become our new Secretary of State. He will do a fantastic job! Thank you to Rex Tillerson for his service! Gina Haspel will become the new Director of the CIA, and the first woman so chosen. Congratulations to all!

According to the Washington Post, Trump asked Tillerson to resign last Friday.
In a statement on Tuesday, Trump said that “a great deal has been accomplished over the last 14 months” with Tillerson at the post.
“I wish him and his family well.”
Trump also said Deputy CIA Director Gina Hapsel will replace Pompeo.
Honestly, at least Tillerson is put out of his misery.
Rumors fist surfaced that Trump wanted Tillerson out started last October because the former Exxon exec didn’t agree with POTUS on issues like the Iran nuclear deal and the Gulf crisis.
Trump told reporters on Tuesday,
“We disagreed on things, were not really thinking the same”.
Right, if someone doesn’t agree with you, fire them.
