Uh Oh: The Final ‘Game of Thrones’ Table Readings May Have Confirmed Our Worst Fears

The cast of Game of Thrones recently came together for their table readings of the final six episodes of the world’s biggest TV show, and let’s just say things got a little emotional.

As per Variety, HBO’s SVP of Drama Francesca Orsi said at a “Best of HBO” panel in Jerusalem, “None of the cast had received the scripts prior, and one by one they started falling down to their deaths.”

Orsi also indicated that having reached GoT‘s ending is “a really powerful moment in our lives and our careers.” In addition, she mentioned possible spinoffs, which are almost definitely gonna be in the works once Game of Thrones is done.

So anyway, was the cast crying because they know that their time together is coming to an end? Or was it because they watched their beloved characters die right before their eyes? Us fans still have over a year until we find out for sure, but my money’s on the latter.

Season 8 is gonna be a fucking trip.
