Vladimir Putin Says the U.S. is Always Involved in Elections From Around the World

Putin

Putin gives zero fucks and I kind of love him for it.

During the first episode of Sunday Night With Megyn Kelly, Kelly sat down with Russian president Vladimir Putin.

Of course, Kelly, like the awesome journalist that she is, asked Putin about Russia’s alleged involvement in last year’s Presidential election that resulted in Donald Trump becoming President.

What did Putin say?

Well, he didn’t actually deny that it happened. Instead, he turned the blame to the United States and said that our government basically does the same thing.

Putin said,

“Put your finger anywhere on a map of the world, and everywhere you will hear complaints that American officials are interfering in internal electoral processes.”

Though Putin didn’t deny involvement, he did say it “wouldn’t make sense” for the Russian government to interfere in the election.

As far as being besties with Trump, Putin said:

“Why, did we have some special relationship with him? We didn’t have any relationship at all. There was a time when he used to come to Moscow. But you know, I never met with him. We have a lot of Americans who visit us.”

Putin is a damn boss, honestly.
