The Steve Jobs Theater seeks to commemorate the Apple Founder, who died at the age 56 in 2011. The theater is built on a hill, representing Job’s vision for Apple as the most profitable tech company in the world.

According to Bloomberg, the Steve Jobs Theater is a state-of-the art auditorium constructed underground. It features a 1,000-seat capacity, with each seat estimated to cost as much as $14,000 individually.
