Whoops! Donald Trump Jr. Said That Women Who “Can’t Handle” Harassment “Don’t Belong in the Workforce”

Is there an echo in here? In light of his father’s disgusting comments that veterans with PTSD “can’t handle” war, and brushing off violent language directed at women, an interview with Donald Trump Jr. from 2013 reveals Trump’s mini-me basically saying that if women can’t handle sexual harassment in the workplace, they should go teach kindergarten. And for the love of god, remind me again why we let these people talk????

In an interview on The Opie and Anthony Show, Trump Jr. said, “I’m of that mindset — and I’ll get into trouble, I’m sure I’ll get myself in trouble one of these days…If you can’t handle some of the basic stuff that’s become a problem in the workforce today, then you don’t belong in the workforce. Like, you should go maybe teach kindergarten. I think it’s a respectable position.” He then dared to explain himself, saying “You can’t be negotiating billion-dollar deals if you can’t handle, like, you know…But listen — there’s a place where you have to draw the line — but today the stuff you get in trouble for…”

And because “sexual harassment” or “abuse” or “disgusting behavior” are conveniently not in his vocabulary, he instead alluded to those things, saying “like, you know.” And then he totally invalidated kindergarten teachers, adding with snark, “I think it’s a respectable position.” No you don’t, asshole. I demand proof that you graduated from kindergarten. Who’s with me? Just kidding–no one gives a shit.
